Mini Lush Haul!

28

 Hey Everyone!

I hope you are all well and enjoying the "decent" weather we're having at the moment. I took a well needed trip to Lush a couple of weeks ago, I sadly haven't been in ages since my bath broke. I thought I would get some nice bath bombs as I was going away for Valentines weekend. Every time I go into lush I am totally under there smell... Spell** or maybe both. You have to physically drag me out of there cause I want to buy EVERYTHING.

If you are unfamiliar with the company and a lot of people are, or maybe you've walked past the store and never went inside: Lush is a fresh, handmade cosmetics company located around the UK. Lush produces and sells a variety of handmade products, including soaps, shower gels, shampoos and hair conditioners, bath bombs, bubble bars, face mask, and hand and body lotions for a variety of skin types. Lush uses fruit and vegetables, essential oils, synthetic ingredients, honey and beeswax in their products. In addition to not using animal fats in their products, they are also against animal testing and perform tests with volunteers instead.

What I purchased?

  1. Think Pink - Bath Bomb.
  2. Space Girl - Bath Bomb.
  3. The Green Bubbleroon - Bath Melt.
  4. Bubblegum Lip Scrub.
  5. Charity Pot - Body Lotion.

Think Pink:

The first bath bomb I bought was "think pink". I have previously used this bath bomb before, I got it in a gift set and loved it, so it definitely caught my eye. I also think it looked really lovely and kinda romantic haha. This bath bomb is actually Vegan which is great.

It is a relaxing bright pink bath bomb with a sweet vanilla and tonka fragrance. It's decorated with candy flowers. As it gently dissolves, you’ll feel as though you’re getting a big hug - you’ll find yourself surrounded by rice paper confetti hearts that slowly melt away.

The staff in Lush are beyond awesome! They honestly love they're job and let's be honest what's not to love about the store it smells unbelievable. The lovely woman who served me gave me a free sample of "The Green Bubbleroon" which is a bath melt. (I used both the bath bomb and melt in the picture above)

Overall the bubble melt was amazing it produced tuns of foamy bubbles that were super thick and wonderful, not to mention it smelt gorgeous. It definitely made a huge difference. Think Pink was beautiful it made my skin feel unbelievably soft and smelt FABULOUS. It also had loads of tiny purple & pink hearts floating around, so cute. I LOVED IT! You can buy Think pink for £2.50 and The Green Bubbleroon for £3.50!

Space Girl:

The second bath bomb I bought was called "Space Girl". It totally caught my eye, it was super unique. I smelt this and it instantly brought back my whole childhood. This smelt to me exactly identical to those parma violet sweeties haha. This bath bomb is also vegan.

This is a space-dust filled bath bomb with a sweet and fruity fragrance. If you feel as though your head is in the clouds or you’re feeling sluggish, Space Girl gets you centred again with its blend of fruity essential oils. This bath bomb is super glittery to begin with and then has red and purple splotches and ends with a translucent plum colour.

Overall sadly I wasn't at all WOW'ED by this, I probably wouldn't buy it again. It didn't do anything, wasn't relaxing and didn't really affect my mood or skin.
You can buy this for £2.25!

Bubblegum Lip Scrub:

I seen this little beauty at the tills in Lush and they're like gold dust as there was only a few left. This product is super dooper hyped all over the internet and loads of my friends adore it. So of course I had to pick it up. I was super excited to try it as my lips have been pretty scabby and dry and worn out recently, they probably haven't recovered from winter yet. This is exactly what they were needing as this is a gentle exfoliator with sugar crystals and moisturising jojoba oil.

Previously I just use to exfoliate my lips with my toothbrush and then apply some vaseline but this is SOOOO much better. I use this before apply matte lipstick or any lipstick really and it gives me even, smooth lips.

This smells devine, definitely good enough to eat.. and oh wait! YOU CAN haha. I was a little confused with the name as it tastes/smells to me like candy floss more than bubblegum? Thank god I finally got to try it and see what I've been missing. It is a definite must have for everyone and if "bubblegum" isn't your thing? You can get it in Mint or Popcorn. (I will be trying them in the future)

I could really go on and praise this all day but it's a massive favourite for me. Not to mention the size of pot for the price it will last ages, FABULOUS. If you haven't tried this already, I hope I can tempt you haha! You can buy this for £5.50!

Charity Pot:

Finally as I was paying at the till the woman asked "would you like to donate £1 to charity"  and I said yes. In return she handed me this cute little pot of 'all round' body lotion called none other than "charity pot" awww so cute.

I found it to be very light weight and sunk into my skin very quickly and wasn't sticky. It also added a little extra glow to my skin and all for a good cause haha.
You can buy the full size product for £6.75! and all proceeds go to the Charity.

Overall I really loved all of my purchases but especially the Lip Scrub it is an essential for me in my daily skincare routine.

Have you been to Lush recently what did you buy? Have you been wanting to try the lip scrubs I hoped this helped! As always Thank You for reading!
