I was out in Glasgow finished off the rest of my holiday shopping (11 Days to go) with my boyfriend last weekend and after drooling over countless items in the make-up departments in House Of Fraser's my boyfriend treated me to two gorgeous new NARS blushers.
These little babies have been on my wish list for a while now and I have such an amazing boyfriend who never fails to make me feel like a princess everyday!
I got "Super Orgasm" the one on the left and "New Order" on the right which is a highlighting blush. These give my face a well needed pick me up everyday!
Super Orgasm - Is a peachy pink colour with gold glitter throughout it. It is such a warm tone and the gold glitter adds a gorgeous sun kissed look to my face.
New Order - Is a sheer highlighter with a cool lilac tone which is packed full of silver of glitter. I call it my princess powder. It is such an amazing highlighter and my new favourite it's my definition of a PERFECT highlighter.
Overall:
I absolutely adore Nars blushes and I haven't yet found any others that compare to there formula it's the best I've ever tried. Super Orgasm is now officially my favourite blush it makes such a difference to my makeup and I am so in love. It applies so smooth and is easily blendable and the glitter stays put and doesn't end up all over your face like some others I've tried. The peachy pink compliments any skin tone and isn't too over powering. The glitter is quite big so they definitely stand out and are perfect if your wanting to draw attention to your cheeks. I will be adding many more blushes to my collection.
New Order is so gorgeous to look at and even more beautiful on my face. I like to pair these two together, so after I've apply Super Orgasm I put New order on the highest point of my cheeks, cupids bow, inner corner of my eyes and a little on the bridge of my nose and it is perfection. It gives my skin natural radiance and the illusion that these areas are more lifted when the light catches them. I cannot emphasis enough how much of an amazing highlighter this is, it's without a doubt the best I've tried that is effortless and works well with me without looking caked or false. This also looks amazing on the eyes!
Both blushers apply sheer which is great as you can build up the colour to whatever depth suits you best. Nars' range of blusher is so extensive I can't wait to get my hands on more! The packaging is smooth,matte and sophisticated and is super lightweight. If your on the look out for a new blusher or highlighter I 100% recommend these two as you will not be disappointed these are total game changers! After all everyone needs a little sparkle in there life.
